We offer our customers a flexible staffing solution based on the principle of temporary labor hire in the form of personnel leasing.

We are a staffing agency that gives you so many employees, how much you need. You specify your requirements on employees, everything else will take care of us. We know that your customer will not wait too, because our services are provided in the shortest possible time.

We will provide staff for labor positions in the following fields:

  •     automotive and manufacturing of automotive components
  •     production operator
  •     welder (different methods), a locksmith, grinder, palič
  •     machinist, CNC, NC

Care of employees

We provide our employees with accommodation in hostels in place of the standard type of contract. Further from home, and possibly (for greater flexibility) and local transport. In place of the present contract workers responsible agencies (coordinators), who regularly oversees the contract and provide immediate service clients and employees.

Accurately quantified costs 

Workers remain employees of the agency and to your company are seconded. The price for the service is determined after detecting the specific needs and taking into account the conditions of ordinary wage comparable employees of your company. You pay only one invoice per month and always have an accurate overview of the total costs.
